Although God owns all the world's wealth, the Kingdom still faces challenges. Why is that? The answer might surprise you. Each transaction takes away from God's Kingdom. We exist within a system dominated by the enemy, deviating from the foundation described in Acts 5.

The early church had its own infrastructure for finance, social needs, and education (Acts 5). They used private resources and stewardship to support the community. But the enemy destroyed this when we fell for his alternative.

(Where We're At)

The current system bleeds money from the Kingdom, even from purchases made amongst fellow Christians. The enemy controls traffic and imposes tolls and fees, stealing from the church, her businesses, and people. It goes beyond commerce - it affects our ability to sustain ourselves and support each other. When is the last time the whole church had lack for nothing like in Acts 5?

(What Could Be)

Revelation 18:4 is a warning to God's people to exit Babylon and escape the judgment that is to come. We must unite as the body of Christ and repent of the old system, or face destruction. We can't let the enemy take control of how we eat, trade, think, and share. Let's stay vigilant and motivated and return to the foundations laid out by the Apostles.
